Our offered DMF-Y Submerged Electromagnetic Pulse Valve is the world's most widely used pulse valve. These electromagnetic pulse valves play a crucial role in the pulsed precipitator jetting effect. It is the compressed air of pulse bag filter dust cleaning system. It is "switch" controlled by the output signal of the pulse jet control instrument that cleans the filter bag row by row, keeping the resistance of the filter within the set range to ensure the processing capacity of the filter and dust collection efficiency. The working condition of the electromagnetic pulse valve is while using it, the previous environmental conditions are very important that relates to the electromagnetic pulse valve smooth running.

 

Environmental conditions

  • As per the type of power supply, choose AC and DC solenoid valve respectively. AC power is easy to use
  • Use of corrosion resistance in aggressive or explosive environments should be as per the safety requirements
  • If the environmental space is limited then use multi-function solenoid valve as it eliminates the bypass and three manual valves and provide easy online maintenance
  • If there is power supply voltage fluctuation then choose +% 10% -15% AC, DC allows ±% 10 or so, if poor then take the regulator or make special orders
  • Maximum and minimum temperature of the environment should be selected within the selected range. If there is any special requirement, order accordingly

 

Power conditions

  • If there is vibration, bump, and impact then valve should be selected accordingly, such as the marine electromagnetic valve
  • Voltage specifications preferred AC220V and DC24V
  • Where there is high humidity then choose waterproof solenoid valve
  • The rated current and power consumption should be selected according to the capacity of the power supply
  • Note that the VA value at the time of AC start is high and the indirect conducted electromagnetic valve should be preferred when the capacity is insufficient

 

Working principle

The electrical signal of the pulse jet controller drives the moving iron core of the electromagnetic pilot head to open the vent hole of the rear air chamber and the chamber then quickly loses pressure to move the diaphragm backwards, the compressed air is then injected through the output end of the valve and make the electromagnetic pulse then the valve is opened. The electrical signal of the pulse jet controls the instrument is terminated. The moving iron core of the electromagnetic pilot head then returns to the air chamber vent hole after sealing it, and the pressure of the rear air chamber quickly rises, so that the diaphragm seals the output end of the valve again, and the electromagnetic pulse valve is closed.
